no ratings HELSINKI -- Comptel Corporation, a leading OSS software vendor for convergent mediation, charging, provisioning and network inventory, and AXTEL, S.A. de C.V., have agreed on the delivery of an automated activation and provisioning solution based upon Comptel's InstantLink(r) provisioning solution for the operator's new pre-WiMAX network. AXTEL, S.A de C.V., Mexico's largest and fastest growing competitive local exchange carrier will use the solution to support its offering of integrated local, long distance, Internet and value-added services.
