Product 1 Syion intermediates multiple protocols on the same platform, including MGCP/NCS, SIP, and SS7 ISUP/TCAP. It achieved PacketCable 1.0 qualification in April 2003, and supports over 30,000 live users worldwide as of February 2004. It provides call control, signaling, and delivery of calling features in a PacketCable-specified environment, and is ideal for cable operators wanting to deliver VOIP and Multimedia over IP to their end subscribers. It has a Web-based user interface for feature control.
