NEW YORK -- Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) announced today that Kevin J. Leddy has been named Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy. He reports to Peter Stern, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy, People and Corporate Development Officer.
Most recently Time Warner Cable’s EVP, Technology Policy and Product Management, Mr. Leddy will retain responsibility for the company’s technology policy and strategy and assume additional responsibility for enterprise-wide business strategy.
“Time Warner Cable’s strategy relies on matching technology with our customers’ needs so we can give customers control in ways that are simple and easy. Kevin is an experienced, accomplished and acknowledged leader in technology, marketing, product management and strategy. He is the ideal person to lead overall strategy for Time Warner Cable,” Mr. Stern said in making the announcement.
