Photos: Ruckus's IPO Party

no ratings

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Ruckus went public Friday morning at $15 per share, and employees celebrated with a party to watch CEO Selina Lo ring the NYSE opening bell.

That happened at 6:30 a.m. California time, but that didn't deter several dozen employees and some local media from coming to Sunnyvale to enjoy a hot breakfast, a little champagne and the rare excitement that comes with an IPO. And then a little more champagne.

For Ruckus, founded in 2002, it's been a long road. You can't blame them for celebrating.

After all the hard work to get to IPO it is great to see the team celebrate together. Looking forward to more innovation from the industry and more IPOs to come.

Surprisingly, it's like any other day - everyone's back to work as usual. :-)

Thanks for inviting me in, Nancy. I only wish I could be back there about now (lunchtime) to photograph the hangovers and fatigue.  :)
