DUBLIN -- Openet, a global leader of real-time transaction management software and services, today announced the opening of a new Operations Monitoring Centre in Malaysia, as well as the expansion of its presence in South America, North America, Africa and EMEA. The expansion reflects Openet's growing employee numbers, comprehensive service offering and global customer base.

The Kuala Lumpur based Operations Monitoring Centre delivers long term 24/7 monitoring and support of Openet system deployments worldwide, ensuring ongoing network health monitoring and real-time response to any issues. The personnel expansion in Africa, Europe and North and South America, ensures strong continued support of Openet's expanding customer base within those regions.

"Openet's business is growing worldwide," said Juliana Su, Openet Chief Operating Officer. "This expansion reflects our continued commitment to a growth strategy that enables operators to meet evolving infrastructure and service needs."

After Malaysia, Openet's largest personnel expansion is in Brazil. Operations there have moved to a new regional headquarters in Sao Paulo. In addition, Openet has added more than 15,000 square feet of additional office space at their corporate headquarters in Dublin to manage a rapidly growing employee base.
