DALLAS -- Xtera Communications, Inc. (Xtera), a leading global provider of optical networking solutions, has appointed Pablo Gargiulo as EVP Chief Marketing and Corporate Development Officer.
"Pablo’s experience will be a major asset in continuing to build Xtera as a global leader," said Jon Hopper, President and CEO of Xtera. Pablo is a twenty-five year accomplished international business executive. Prior to joining Xtera, Pablo was President of Global Sales at Genband and prior to Genband, he held executive positions at Tekelec, Taqua, KTI and KAO Infosystems. Pablo holds an Electrical Engineering degree from UNSJ in Argentina and he has done additional graduate work in business and communications in the US and Japan.
