UBIqube's OSS Supports Cisco

no ratings

PARIS -- UBIqube Solutions, a global integrated network, security and voice management solution vendor, today announces the full support of Cisco ISRG2 800 1900 2900 3900 series and CLM (Cisco License Manager) in UBIqube’s MSActivator platform.

MSActivator offers a unified solution to provision, monitor and report on network, security and voice managed services. It lowers operating expenses through standardization and service management automation and allows CSP’s to very quickly bring new managed services to market.

MSActivator now features an easy to use web-based interface to the Cisco License Manager server (CLM). This new platform module enables users to easily manage licenses for their Cisco devices leveraging the Cisco License Manager features directly through the vSOC console. Using UBIqube’s web-portal, users can add Product Activation Key (PAK), collect the associated licenses and deploy them on managed devices in a few clicks. This new asset is particularly relevant for new Cisco devices.

“With the advent of the next generation ISR devices, which require a license activation process, license management has become a critical issue for Cisco partners. With the UBIqube MSActivator CLM module, these tasks in effect become simple and get automated within the overall solution workflow. Additionally, the associated APIs streamlines the integration of license management in the SP IT process removing the silo issue. Off-line licence activation will avoid the security breach posed by permanently internet connected devices. , said Hervé Guesdon, UBIqube’s Director of Engineering and Product management.
