Thanks to Light Reading initiative on the term SPIT , the various ways by which the Service Provider can monetise,or develop the potential of a Telecom Network.Specifically the Service Provider requires IT and other "para Telecom" technologies to better manage the network function and in modern days it is one of the largest sector consuming these. However one of the important technologies usually ignored is Test & Measurement technology deployed alongside for measuring, test, monitoring and managing quality and interfaces of these Service providers.T&M technologies-from portable test instruments to large OSS/NMS contribute to the success of these networks. To that extent SPIT can include these technologies suppliers as well.Vishnu Goel T&M +919810101238
