PARIS -- UBIqube (ubiqube.com) a global MSSP solutions provider will be the foundation for the new pan Baltic CPE based Managed Security Service being launched by Lattelecom (Lattelecom.lv) the leading provider of electronic communications services in Latvia.

UBIqube’s MSS solution flexibility, scalability, intuitive GUI and extensive features has propelled it to the top of Lattelecom’s list as the best choice to build a state of the art SOC and provide their enterprise customer base with a large range of managed security services.

Lattelecom will now be able to offer advanced Managed Security Services based on leading security appliances from Cisco. Enterprises, SMBs and large, are more and more exposed to IT security threats nowadays and seek from their local service provider assistance above and beyond connectivity solutions. Using UBIqube’s MSS solution, Lattelecom can now offer it’s customers a complete suite of security services for device provisioning, configuration management, monitoring and reporting. Supported services include Managed VPN, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Anti-Virus, URL Filtering, and Anti-Spam.

“In selecting the UBIqube MSS solution, the most important issue was the competence, experience and ability to offer a solution for data service providers and operators,” says Ivars Auza, director of Lattelecom's Telecommunications Solutions Division. “Now that the platform will be in place, Lattelecom will be the first company in the Baltic States to offer security monitoring and management services to its clients.”
