Official Rules: Contest to Win an Apple iPod NanoNo purchase necessary. To enter, use the registration link for the Light Reading Backhaul Strategies for Mobile Operators: Europe 2007 event sent to you via email and fill out the registration form. Submit the completed registration by clicking on "Submit" on the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you may contact Christine Cascio by calling 212-925-0020 ext. 129 to process your registration by phone. Contest begins Thursday, April 5, 2007. All registrations must be received on or before 12:00 A.M. EST on Wednesday, June 27, 2007. One Grand Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing of registrants who are in attendance at the event (Berlin on June 27, 2007). The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the event. Winner must be present to claim prize. Judges' decision is final. Grand Prizes: One (1) Apple iPod Nano, awarded to one (1) attendee. Participants who register must attend the event in its entirety to be eligible for the Grand Prize. The prize will be awarded and shipped to the winner. No substitution for prize other than as offered. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and grant permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winner) within 21 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prize is not transferable. Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest open to anyone 18 years or older. Employees of Light Reading Inc. and/or its affiliates, advertising, promotion, and production agencies, and members of their immediate families or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Sponsoring companies of this event are not eligible. One entry per person, email address, or household is permitted. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. By entering, players release Light Reading Inc. and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein, agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to the use of their names and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation. Light Reading Inc. is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, or mail-in entries that are illegible, late, lost, damaged, postage due, or misdirected. Light Reading Inc. is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void.
