Over at C'nople, they call it the Video Sharing Guide . It doesn't sound as exciting as "Cheat Sheet," but rest assured they do have all the latest dirt on the world of online video. For example, they've got a full profile of what's happening at Crackle (formerly Grouper), which changed names and strategies just as this latest list was being finalized.
Of course, this resource is always missing something because there are SO MANY FREAKIN' video share sites out there. Just today I heard about YourFileHost , a site that will probably make this list in the coming weeks (but not now, I'm too tired).

Thanks for listing us. Sorry if we appear as "kind of a mess," but it is a massive task to try and classify so many video sites. We took a "Craigslist" approach and just wanted to make it easy to find and search sites without focusing much on the look of the UI. Any suggestions on how we can improve things would be appreciated. It is definitely an evolving work in progress site and still very conceptual at this point in time.
