Interlaken
A very high-speed, short-reach interface standard, principally for connections between chips or between boards. Interlaken didn't go through any standards body; rather, it was first championed by Cisco Systems Inc. and Cortina Systems Inc. and has gained a following as the ecosystems for 100Gbit/s networking (both Ethernet and optical) have developed.
We've heard it's also a nice place to visit.
