Keeping Up?
Progress happens so often that it is almost impossible to keep up. I don't think I'll even be able to keep up. I always wonder if we'll restore our ability to keep up with technology like we used to, or if we'll all mostly be a bit behind

How will it be 15 years from now?
Whenever I see news of this kind, I wonder what it will be like 15 years from now? Technology has developed very fast, on the one hand it is good, but the human is disappearing. #aprender

Speed
I am certainly worried about how fast we as humans are going to be able to adapt. We've created technology, but there might be a point where it's could be hard to handle the speed of change. It's already a huge issue in the workplace.

Live Digital Audio

A CSP's digital transformation involves so much more than technology. Crucial – and often most challenging – is the cultural transformation that goes along with it. As Sigma's Chief Technology Officer, Catherine Michel has extensive experience with technology as she leads the company's entire product portfolio and strategy. But she's also no stranger to merging technology and culture, having taken a company — Tribold — from inception to acquisition (by Sigma in 2013), and she continues to advise service providers on how to drive their own transformations. This impressive female leader and vocal advocate for other women in the industry will join Women in Comms for a live radio show to discuss all things digital transformation, including the cultural transformation that goes along with it.
