NEW YORK -- Zito Media today announced that it has signed an agreement to purchase all of the cable operations of Galaxy Cable located in Kentucky, Illinois, Nebraska, Kansas, and Texas. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The Galaxy Cable operations pass approximately 55,000 homes and have approximately 19,000 revenue generating units or “RGUs.” Closing will occur upon receipt of regulatory approvals which should occur within 90 to 120 days.
Waller Capital Partners, LLC, a New York City based investment bank, served as Galaxy Cable’s exclusive financial advisor in the transaction.
