ViXS Signs RDK License

TORONTO -- ViXS Systems Inc. (TSX:VXS), a pioneer and leader in media processing solutions, today announced that it has become the first and only company with a shipping Ultra High Definition (UltraHD) 4K HEVC 10-bit solution to sign the Reference Design Kit (RDK) agreement from RDK Management, LLC. ViXS has formally joined the growing RDK community and will help drive the acceleration of the development of next generation UltraHD/4K Set Top Boxes (STBs), Home Media Gateways and video services.
