HICKORY, N.C. -- CommScope, Inc., a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks, has reorganized its business unit management structure around its three key customer segments—Enterprise, Wireless and Broadband— and named leaders for each, effective immediately.

Kevin St. Cyr has joined CommScope as senior vice president, Enterprise Solutions, where he will lead engineering, R&D and product line management for the segment that serves business enterprises around the world. St. Cyr joins CommScope from Berk-Tek, a Nexans company, at which he was president since 1998 and senior vice president of marketing and sales from 1996-1998. St. Cyr also has held various management positions at Champlain Cable, a subsidiary of Huber + Suhner, and General Electric. St. Cyr holds a bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering from the University of Lowell and a master’s degree in business administration from the Pennsylvania State University.

“Kevin is the perfect choice to head our Enterprise segment,” said Randy Crenshaw, chief operating officer, CommScope. “He is widely known within this market for his expertise, success and leadership capabilities. I welcome Kevin to CommScope and look forward to the positive impact he will make on our team and the customers we serve.”
