Guinness not in the top two? Sacrilege!

CSPs are worried about the Big Data deluge. Surely this means a system where they can easily develop new analytics apps to make sense of data. With all the talk about "analytics", I wonder what these CSPs think of a platform, where, bespoke analytics apps that are targetted to their needs can be easily developed.

One LR analyst mentioned that CSPs were unsure as to how to utilise analytics, e.g. used for operations, or finance, or marketing, etc.  As an example, with the above platform, there can be a stats engine to develop finance/marketing apps. All cases can be catered for.
